Gore Celebrates Manufacturing Day with Cecil County

Manufacturing is more than just creating a product; it’s an opportunity to invest in a community, creating jobs and spurring economic growth.

October 3 was Manufacturing Day and October is Manufacturing Month. As Cecil County celebrates manufacturing, Gore is proud to be a manufacturer that is growing its business and investing in the local community.

While manufacturing throughout Maryland is on the decline, Cecil County is home to many manufacturers, who make up 12% of local jobs. Gore is the largest employer in Cecil County, with 3,000 Associates, and is increasing the number of manufacturing jobs in the county.
