Gore Helps Revitalize Tradition as The Races at Fair Hill Returns

Investing in local traditions helps keep our communities strong. This summer, Gore was proud to sponsor a returning community tradition, The Races at Fair Hill. After a five-year hiatus the long-standing event was restored to the local track in Cecil County.

The Races at Fair Hill bring together the Cecil County community to enjoy local charm at family-friendly events. The racetrack, originally designed in the 1930s, has long promoted the equine industry in Maryland, and the return of The Races honors this legacy and celebrates our community.

The event’s proceeds benefitted Cecil County 4-H All Stars and the Fair Hill Nature Center, local organizations that provide educational opportunities for students throughout Cecil County.

Welcome back to Cecil County, The Races at Fair Hill!
